Classical -
Our chef's interpretation of great steakhouse fare.For Example:
Dry Aged Angus Ribeye with Portabellos, Roasted Yukon Potatoes, and Sauteed Green Beans.
Heritage Porkloin, Stone Ground Mustard Vus, Parmesan Creamed Spinach.
Contemporary -
An avante garde approach to fine dining. Science meets globally inspired ethnic fusion. Changes are often based on the freshest products available. Four options nightly, plus vegetarian, vegan, or row cuisine by request.For Example:
Roast Muscory Duck Breast with Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Candied Fennel Chip, Cherry Caviar and Sauternes Infused Local Clover Honey.
Seared Daybeat Diver Scallops on Red Curry Emulsion, Collossal King Crab, Pickled Lotus Root, and Vietnamese Black Miso Powder.
Three and Five course tasting menus are available nightly, with or without a paired wine flight.
Pub -
A fresh approach to pub fare. Interpretations of classical pub favorites served nightly in our lounge.For Example:
Chef's Signature Bistro Burger: a 1/2 pound angus chuck and aged ribeye burger with double smoked bacon and french brie, served with hand-cut pommes fritas.
Pastas also available nightly as well as a selection of small plates from our other menus.
